Updated Arena Entry protocols effective Monday January 31, 2022
The entry protocol to access Wellesley and St Clements arenas has been updated from the Township of Wellesley effective Monday.

  • Anyone entering the facility who is 12 or over must show identification and provide the provincial issued QR code for proof of vaccination which must be scanned at the door by security or Township staff.  There are no exceptions any longer for medical exemptions or for participants.  Children who have turned 12 in 2022 will have a 3 month window to obtain their QR code.  Entry to the facility will be refused if this process is not followed (Referees are included)
  • No more requirement of contact tracing
  • No requirement to pre screen through the QR code on arena door or the link sent to your groups
  • Back to full capacity of dressing rooms, masks must be worn
  • Security will scan Provincial Vaccination Passport QR code, must be scanned not a visual
  • Security will ensure that the screening questions posted at the front entrance are pointed out to everyone entering the facility.  If the patron verifies they can answer the questions truthfully, they will be permitted into the facility or not be permitted if they have any symptoms
  • Food and Drink are permitted, everyone MUST remain seated while eating or drinking
  • 30 minutes prior to ice time, 15 minutes after still applicable for the dressing rooms
  • Arena capacity is 175 spectators which is 50% of capacity
