ARENA ENTRY PROTOCOLS FOR WELLESLEY & ST CLEMENTS
Prior to entering the arena, screening is required for all participants (players, team officials and referees). Screening is completed using the QR code on the arena door for TC Stars. Scan the QR code and complete the screening questionnaire. When you obtain a Green Checkmark, your screening has been completed and accepted. Do not proceed to enter the arena without this screening completed.
Any spectators visiting the arena are also required to complete screening using the General QR code, also located on the arena doors. Scan the QR code and complete the screening questionnaire. When you obtain a Green Checkmark, your screening has been completed and accepted. Do not proceed to enter the arena without this screening completed.
ARENA ENTRY PROTOCOL
The entry protocol to access Wellesley and St Clements arenas has been clarified from the Township of Wellesley that ALL ENTRANTS will be checked for identification (no exceptions) and COVID vaccination status (where applicable).
ALL PLAYERS (regardless of age), TEAM OFFICIALS and REFEREES are required to show identification at the front door to gain entry to the arena. Screening is performed by the Township of Wellesley's contracted security company.
Players born in 2010 and younger are not required to show COVID vaccination status at this time, but MUST SHOW IDENTIFICATION when requested (any form of government issued ID, eg. health card, passport, etc).
Players born in 2009 and older are required to show IDENTIFICATION (any form of government issued ID, eg. health card, passport, etc) at the entry door along with their COVID vaccination status. The security company administering the entrance to the arenas can refuse entry to those who do not show their identification and/or COVID vaccination status.
Thank you for your continued patience to comply with the Township of Wellesley entry requirements.
