TCMHA Registration Pricing Exception for 2019/2020 season
Submitted By Barb Esbaugh on Friday, July 12, 2019
We understand that there has been apprehension and concerns with the current Wellesley Arena closure situation, but Twin Centre Minor Hockey Association wants to assure our hockey community that we will continue with the same amount of ice allotted to our Twin Centre teams as we had last year as per the township's commitment.  As an exception given the recent news, for the 2019/2020 hockey season only, TCMHA will be extending our early bird pricing until August 1st, 2019.

This means there will be no increase in registration fees for those that register up until August 1st.  Please note that there will NOT be an extension to the registration cut off date as teams must be confirmed and registration will close as usual on August 1st.  The Initiation division will continue to close as usual on September 1st 2019.

In order to accommodate the exception granted by TCMHA to the $100 increased fee after July 1st, any player registering before registration closes on August 1st should contact the TCMHA Registrar ([email protected]) before registering online so that your account can be updated to accommodate the early bird pricing extension.  If you have already paid at the post July 1st price, we will be contacting you to arrange a refund of the $100 per player fee.
