-
Each coach will select three players to participate in the shootout at the end of the game. Players that are still serving a misconduct (10 minute) penalty at the expiration of the overtime shall not be permitted to be a shooter.
-
Players will shoot one round at a time with one player from each team attempting to score at the SAME TIME.
-
After the third and final player has shot, the winning team will be determined by the most goals scored.
-
Should a tie still exist, the same three shooters will shoot again in the same order in sudden death format (on a one for one basis) until a winner is declared.
EXAMPLE: If Team A scores but Team B does not then Team A shall be declared the winner. However if both teams score then another round of shooters will take place until a winner is determined. The same three shooters will rotate in the same order until a winner is declared.
-
The winning team’s score will be reflected by one additional goal in the final score on the game sheet.
