Twin Centre Bantam LL played a fantastic day of hockey, and came away with the A championship trophy today!!
We came out slow in our first game against Huron Bruce, but won it 2-1 in an exciting OT (we started the OT with 2 players in the penalty box).
In game #2 against a tough Oakville team, we played a fast game from start to finish, shutting down every part of Oakville's game for a 1-0 win.
In the finals, the team continued their aggressive play, and held a 2-0 lead going into the 3rd period, before we exploded for 5 goals against a good Walkerton team. The final score was ...
