Dryland Training
Hello everyone,
My name is Dylan Lebold and I will be the head coach/manager of this years 2019/2020 Twin Centre Stars Bantam Rep team. Before the tryout process begins, our coaching staff is planning on doing a 1hr dryland training session. This dryland training session will take place at the
Wellesley soccer fields on Tuesday, September 3rd from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.We are fortunate to have Brendan Valko from Evolution Hockey coming to do the session with the kids. Brendan has been working at Evolution Hockey for a year and a half working with minor hockey players on and off the ice.
We ask that the players bring a water bottle and $10 with them to cover the cost of Brendan coming from Evolution Hockey and doing the session with the boys.
