Another Strong Effort
The Atom Reps used strong goaltending and a balanced attack to defeat Plattsville 7-1 on Thursday.
The Atom Rep team came in to their game against Plattsville hoping to build on their strong play against Burford and did just that. The team used smart puck movement from the defense to launch repeated attacks up ice. the forwards moved the puck and kept Plattsville off balance for most of the game. This excellent team play resulted in 6 different players scoring a goal and 11 players recording a point in the game. Goals were scored by Tyler (x2), Zach, Alex, Michael, Eric and Connor. Assists went to Zach (x2), Tyler (x2), Easton, Ben, Kyle, Evie, Alex, Michael and Sam. Jonathan came up big when called upon in net.
Continuing this balanced attack and solid defensive work will lead to good results for the kids on the ice in the coming weeks. Well done team!
