TC Jr Jacks January Recap
The month of January was a busy time for the Jr Jacks.
Starting back from the Holiday break, the Jr Jacks faced off with Delhi & Tillsonburg. The Jr Jacks hit the ice back home against Delhi on January 10th and came away with a 4-1 win over Delhi. Jan 11th saw the Jr Jacks visit Tillsonburg and fell short with a 3-0 loss.
Next up was the home tournament, Twin Centre U18 Frozen Classic. The Jr Jacks came out with 3 straight wins in the round robin. Wins against Shelburne 5-0, Orillia 6-0 and Georgian Shores 6-2. The Jr Jacks would meet Pelham in the Sunday Semis but fell short of making the Finals.
Changing gears back to league play, the Twin Centre Jr Jacks would meet Delhi again, this time a 2-0 shutout win in Delhi. One week later the Jr Jacks would travel again to Tillsonburg and came away with a 7-2 win.
Your Jr Jacks begin their playoff run on February 6th in Tavistock. Come out and cheer on your Jr Jacks as they compete in the playoffs!
