Twin Centre Tournament
This past weekend, the Bantam Rep team hosted the Twin Centre Stars Rep October Classic.

Game #1 was against Norwood. After a close, hard fought battle, the boys lost 2-1 with numerous posts and chances throughout the game. The game MVP which was given by the opposing team went to our goalie Seager Grubb. He had a phenomenal tournament in which he kept the boys in every single game.

Game #2 was against Dundalk. Again, another close game right until the very end. With 45 seconds remaining in the 3rd period, Dundalk tied it up on a bouncing puck to make it 3-3 and send it to overtime. After overtime solved nothing, we went to a shootout. Unfortunately, the boys came up on the wrong side of 4-3 loss. Game MVP given by the other team went to our captain Kyle Steckly. Kyle had some beautiful goals that came at crucial times throughout the game.

Game #3 was against Norwood once again. The winner of this game got a chance to play in the semi-finals on Sunday. Each game for the stars in the tournament kept getting better and better. The boys exploded for a big win 6-4. The game MVP went to Caden Pitsch. Caden had a great all round game, especially with his back-checks.

Game #4 was the semi-finals against Dundalk. The winner of this game would go on to face Ilderton in the finals. The stars did their best, but in the end it didn't go as planned losing 4-0. Game MVP went to our goalie Seager Grubb once again.

Great tournament boys! The team improved greatly, with lots of laughs and good fun. Congrats Dundalk as tournament champs!
