Battle of the Barns
In the hockey version of the "Battle of the Barns" the Stars came up short against New Hamburg 1 and 2.
Nov 25th the Stars played their best game of the year against 1st place Huskies but lost 5-1. Seager has his typical stellar game in net stopping a veracity of shots but there were just too many of them. Brody, Noah, Owen J and Alen played a great defensive game and cleared the puck out of the zone. Centermen Caden and Owen V also helped out by chipping in to get the puck outside the blueline. Wingers - Parker, Simon, Alex, Sam, Brendan and Spencer all worked well in the offensive zone. Parker scored our lone goal assists by Owen V and Sam.
Nov 27 we played the 2nd place Huskies to a 5-2 loss. Again, the boys all played as they did 2 days earlier. Scoring went Caden from Alex and Parker from Brody and Noah.
