A 500 Finish for Pee Wee Stars LL 2
Pee Wee LL 2 closed out their regular season with a 4-1 loss to the Woolwich Wildcats on Jan 7th and a 12-0 win over the Ayr Flames on Jan 14th.
Our Hard hat player of the game vs Woolwich was Jaden G for a solid effort on the blue line and our Smartie award players of the game Jaxsen L and Hayden F. Our Hard hat player of the game vs the Ayr Flames; Hayden F who played one of his best games on defense. Our Smartie Award was presented to all the Star players: Cam B, Alan D, Michael B, Jaxsen L, Owen V, Owen J, Alex G, Scott D, Hayden F, Alen V, Jaden G and Seager G. A great bounce back effort with team play, excellent breakouts, good passing and team communication.
Our point getters of the game: Cam B 3 goals 3 assists, Michael B 2 goals 1 assist, Jaxsen L 2 goals 1 assist, Owen J 1 goal 2 assists, Owen V 1 goal 2 assists, Alan D 1 goal 2 assists, Scott D 2 goals, Alex G 2 assists and Jaden G 1 assist. A wonderful way to close out the regular season going 7-6-3. The play downs are up us Stars and we need to bring this positive energy to our second season.
